I think call recording is vital for business so they can assure their staff are giving the best customer service

Open source software is low TCO I think you can even outsource such services from Philippine India or Pakistan

Well i can assure that voip dialer for outbound call center and telefonmarketing is providing actually the best service. they use only asterisk voip software but its working perfectly stable. i tried lots of other dialers but this is best including lots of reporting tools and charts.
