How to flash ParanoidAndroid 2.13 ROM for the Galaxy S2 T989

The ParanoidAndroid ROM is considered one of the best custom ROMs available, and thanks to XDA Developers member jay.dub, the ParanoidAndroid 2.13 ROM has been made available for the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 SGH-T989.
The ROM is based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean so it has the much-wanted performance and fluid interface design. Its phablet UI setup also allows for a unique experience since you’re free to choose from other setups by choosing a
display  mode with just a tap.
Users who’ve tried previous ParanoidAndroid releases will be glad to know that key issues have already been fixed, such as the screen flicker.  In case you encounter issues, always try reinstalling the ROM after a thorough wipe as it has been reported as a common fix.
This guide shows you how to flash ParanoidAndroid 2.13 ROM for the Galaxy S2 T989.
