First of all set the Router’s clock as accurate as you can , ntp servers don’t like when there is big time difference
!!This will config the DNS server to allow lookup by name

2821-cisco(config)#clock summer-time ETE recurring last Sun Mar 2:00 last Sun Oct 3:00 60
2821-cisco(config)#ntp server fr.pool.ntp.org source GigabitEthernet0/1
!! the following command allow the router to be a source of ntp (ntp server )
2821-cisco(config)#ntp master
