LG Nexus Android Update

This is the LG Nexus

Hours ago a prototype LG device leaked out that might be the next Nexus, but its final design was hidden by an outer casing. Thankfully another source has come forward with an even newer revision of the LG Nexus that appears to be the final design. The new pictures reveal an LG device that looks very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and one that is closer to the hands-on description that we received last week.
Now that we know the LG Nexus has the codename Mako, we can confirm some of the other specs thanks to a Nenamark benchmark result. As previously reported, the LG Nexus will feature Qualcomm’s 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro with Adreno 320 GPU. Check out our previous post 5 reasons your next smartphone might be from LG to get a better idea of what to expect from the LG Nexus.
What do you guys think? Is this newer design an improvement on the earlier leak from tonight?
Update: We received a response from the source of the LG Nexus hands-on report and he has confirmed that this is the same device he played with in person. His exact quote was, “YES! This is the phone I handled. 100%.” The only difference is that the version he saw had a Nexus logo on the back with the “X” being multiple colors.
